Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre Deep earthen with brick red hues, the Shiraz batches matured in 2 year old French and American oak were selected for their spice, character and sweet tannin profiles. The Grenache and Mourvedre were matured in large older French and American oak puncheons. The composition of the wine is Grenache 50%, Shiraz 45% and Mourvedre 5%. Axiom GSM is typical of the characterful wine style made when blending these premium grape varieties. | |
